📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily plantation operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate with field teams to achieve operational targets and milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize GIS and ERP software to monitor and analyze plantation performance, providing actionable insights to management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Provide leadership and support to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plantation management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in using GIS and ERP software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to plantation operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
