As a Branch Staff, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. You will work closely with our team to provide outstanding service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Inspect and report any maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas.
• Stock and manage supplies for housekeeping and front office use.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture and decor.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following health and safety protocols.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of housekeeping and front office procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or front office roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software, such as Kohler or PMS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record check.
