As a Front Office Staff at PIB College, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is seamless and enjoyable. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Manage and update guest reservations using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs are met promptly.
• Assist with front desk operations, including managing room assignments and billing.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Stay updated with hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS software, such as Opera or Cendyn, is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
