📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily operations of parent stock production, including flock management, feeding, and health monitoring.
• Develop and implement production protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain bird health and welfare, collaborating with veterinarians and nutritionists to address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with farm managers and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of production targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in parent stock production management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in parent stock production management, preferably in the poultry industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing parent stock production operations.
• Strong knowledge of poultry management software, such as AvianWeb, Progeny, or similar tools.
• Certification in poultry health and welfare, or equivalent experience.
