📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage regulatory frameworks and provide legal advice to senior management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct due diligence on business transactions and partnerships.
- Provide expert guidance on corporate governance and risk management.
- Advise on legal strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company’s interests.
- Monitor and report on legal developments that may impact the company.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws.
- Proficiency in legal research and writing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
