📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential borrowers for credit card and loan products, ensuring they meet our eligibility criteria.
• Process and manage credit card and loan applications, from initial application to final approval or rejection.
• Conduct credit checks and risk assessments to determine the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
• Manage existing credit card and loan accounts, including monitoring account activity, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and risk management, to drive the growth of our credit card and loan portfolio.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their credit card and loan products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our credit card and loan offerings.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales and service targets, and support the overall success of the Bank Mega team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a credit card or loan-related role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit card and loan products, including their features, benefits, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, laws, and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
