📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and lead a team of agricultural experts to implement innovative farming practices.
• Conduct assessments of farming operations to identify areas for improvement and maximize yield.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and sustainability in farming operations.
• Collaborate with farmers, stakeholders, and industry partners to drive the adoption of best practices and emerging technologies in agriculture.
• Monitor and analyze data to track the performance of farming operations and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in agriculture to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards in farming operations.
• Lead the development and implementation of training programs for farmers to enhance their skills and knowledge in modern agricultural practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in agricultural management, farming operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading agricultural projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural technologies, tools, and software such as AgriSoft, FarmLogs, and FarmWise.
• Certification in sustainable agriculture practices or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
