Avenue Padel is a premier padel sports complex located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, attracting both local and international visitors. As the Padel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, and driving the growth and success of Avenue Padel.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of instructors, staff, and partners to deliver exceptional service and facilities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all operational aspects of the sports complex run smoothly. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the guest experience and attract more visitors to Avenue Padel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Avenue Padel, including court bookings, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling.
• Manage and train a team of instructors and staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners to secure top-notch facilities and equipment for the sports complex.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain guests, both locally and internationally.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and local authorities.
• Lead and participate in team-building activities to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports facility management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sports or leisure facility.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Familiarity with sports scheduling software, such as PadelBook or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
