📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.,Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions.,Conduct research to identify new social media opportunities and trends that can benefit our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a focus on engagement and growth.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proficiency in social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
