📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Manage and train junior sales staff to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the local market and customer base in Serang.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
