📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Analyze and interpret complex business data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain business process models and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new banking products and services.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking operations.
  • Provide training and support to junior business analysts.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
