📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from conception to completion.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and catering services to ensure smooth event execution.,Manage event budgets and ensure financial compliance.,Oversee staff assignments and ensure all personnel are properly trained and motivated.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all events.,Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.,Prepare and present event reports and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet staff or event management roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards for event planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs.
