📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
