Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve company goals.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).,Lead and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support.,Handle and resolve operational issues and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
