As an NPI Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every new product meets both design specifications and production capabilities. You'll be using industry-standard tools like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA to create detailed technical drawings and 3D models. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate between design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product introduction.
- Create and maintain technical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
- Conduct process feasibility studies to assess production capabilities.
- Develop and implement NPI plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor production progress and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure materials and components meet specifications.
- Prepare detailed reports on NPI progress and outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in NPI or similar roles in manufacturing or design.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
