📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Manage the reception area, including scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and support.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all reception activities.,Assist in training and mentoring new receptionists as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
