📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the mechanical design and development of dental equipment and products.
Ensure the quality, functionality, and safety of our products.
Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
Develop and implement design standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets all requirements.
Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to improve product performance.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on dental equipment or similar industrial applications.
Strong knowledge of CAD software and mechanical design principles.
Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
