📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through proper quality control measures.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians and support staff.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Conduct research and development activities to improve laboratory methods and techniques.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.,Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinical or research laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Certifications in relevant laboratory techniques and safety standards are a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
