Cafe Kirana Computer is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Lab Technician to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our computer lab, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and that our students receive the best possible learning experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the computer lab, including scheduling and managing student access to equipment,Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all computer equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise in the lab, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to students,Train and mentor junior lab technicians, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Maintain accurate records of all equipment, including inventory, maintenance schedules, and repair history,Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that all software and hardware in the lab is up-to-date and compatible with the latest technologies,Monitor and maintain the security of the lab, including access control, data backup, and network security,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of computer technology, and incorporate new knowledge and skills into the lab's operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lab technician or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security,Familiarity with common computer repair and maintenance tools and techniques,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
