📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement restocking strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on store performance.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and trends.
