We are now expanding our operations in Bali, Indonesia, and we are looking for a talented and dedicated Internal Audit Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various types of audits, including financial, operational, and compliance audits. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our operations.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.
• Provide support to the audit manager in the planning and execution of audit projects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
