📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development programs.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Coordinate with management to ensure a smooth and efficient HR function.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
