📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage kitchen inventory, including ingredients, utensils, and equipment.,Prepare food according to health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to menu planning.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Handle cash transactions and manage kitchen expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Commis Chef or similar role is preferred.,Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
