📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects according to project specifications and timelines.,Ensure the safety and compliance of construction activities with relevant regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress, quality, and budget, and report to senior management as required.,Resolve project issues and challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary.,Ensure that all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record of successful project completion.,Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of relevant construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and others.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and inspections.
