📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting in-store promotions and sales activities to attract and retain customers.,Assisting in the setup and execution of sales events, such as flash sales and product launches.,Providing excellent customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assisting in inventory management and stock control.,Promoting our products through social media and other marketing channels.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and promotional strategies.,Good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
