📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Crown Life Jaya's products and services.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
• Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
• Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide technical writing training and support to other team members.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
• Support marketing and sales teams with technical content and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
