📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
• Conduct interviews and make data-driven hiring decisions.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide input on candidate selection.
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment best practices and industry standards.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
