📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and quality products.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with internal teams to understand material and supply needs and provide timely solutions.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and consistent supply of materials.,Conduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality and performance standards.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
