Pratama Insurance is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Jember. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our financial reporting processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and reconcile bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.,Maintain and update the company's accounting records and ledgers.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and assisting in the preparation of audit reports.,Prepare and analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Experience in accounting or financial reporting (internships or part-time jobs are acceptable).,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
