Pusat Lestari Store is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to oversee our operations in Sanur, Bali. This is a hybrid role, combining in-store management with remote responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Participate in inventory management and ordering processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
